Payment

You can pay for your subscriptions with Visa or Mastercard. We are unable to accept Maestro payments, PayPal or American Express.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your box back to us within 30 days of your box being dispatched. Please note that boxes will only be refunded if all of the products are returned unused. To return your box back to us, please contact our Customer Service Team at help@mysaabox.com You will be liable for returning postage fees. Please keep a copy of your postage receipt in the event that your box does not reach us.

Product

We strongly recommend you check through the ingredient list of each product for any known allergens specific to you. Also when in doubt please carry out a skin patch test before using. In case of an allergic reaction, please wash off product immediately. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your box is free of any specific allergens

Please contact help@mysaabox.com and provide images of any damage for quality check purposes. Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving the product, we will offer replacement options.

Subscription

You can unsubscribe at any time by following these steps:

  1. Go to My account section.
  2. Select “Manage subscriptions”
  3. Scroll down to see product you have subscribed to. Scroll to the right to see “Action” under there you can select “cancel”.

Shipping

If an order is uncollected (Royal Mail's standard hold-time is 18 days) after successful delivery, you will have to pay a postage and processing fee before the order is dispatched again. If, after 5 working days after we attempt contact via email or phone - we do not receive a response, the stock will be returned to inventory for resale, if this term passes and items are out of stock you when contact is made you will be given the choice of substitutes instead. We will try our best to make contact and get any orders delivered within our means.

We have a statutory 14 working day policy on items not received. Please be patient during this time. If your item has not been received after 14 working days, please contact us at help@mysaabox.com with your order number and we will look into the situation for you.

We will begin dispatching all orders from the 5th of the Month, if you make your first order after the 5th, your order will be dispatched 1-2 days after that.
